How To Insure Golf EMail Is Not Marked As Spam


    The Golf System Email Account:
    The email messages sent by the online golf system are generated automatically. Many automatically generated messages are marked as spam by email reader programs. Below are some suggestions to keep the golf system messages from being directed to your spam folder.
    Email from the golf system is sent from golf@ambdigital.com.

Why do I need to refresh my browser before signing up for an event or a standby position?

Details such as the roster availability or the standby signup option can happen while you are viewing the golf main page. Refreshing your browser insures the latest information and options for events are displayed.

How do I refresh my browser (Reload Page)?

In the top of your browser by the site address (Internet Firefox, Chrome, Safari) click the Clockwise Circular Arrow.  OR Click the RESFRESH button at the top left of the Golf home page.

When will team assignments appear online?

Team assignments will appear in the late afternoon or early evening the day before an event.

How can I use the golf site on my smartphone?

Go to "http.golf.ambdigital.com/igolf" in your smartphone browser or click the Mobil button at the bottom center of the main panel.

How will I be notified if I am moved from Standby to a Roster?

An email is automatically generated to your email address when that event occurs.
Please REPLY to the email so the event contact knows you are aware you are on the roster.

How can I make teams from a roster?

IF guest team maker has been activated, Click the date of the event, drag the names onto the teams template, follow the directions on the page.
The teams grid will NOT display on the website until the event contact posts them.

When does an event disappear from the Event List?

Currently events disappear from the event list 4 hours after the start of the event.

How do I add a Guest to an event roster?

Choose the "Signup" link for the desired event.
Select "Guest 1" (or 2 or 3) as the name.
Enter YOUR userkey.
Click Submit.
The event coordinator will be will be notified who signed up a guest and 'Guest #' will be added to the selected list (roster or standby list).
